Moroccan Tadelakt Candle Holder
Couldn't load pickup availability
Handmade in Morocco, these candle holders are crafted using the centuries-old tadelakt technique, a traditional lime plaster finish first developed in Marrakech. Tadelakt is polished with natural olive soap and smooth river stones, creating a unique silky surface that is both water-resistant and softly luminous. Known for its use in Moroccan hammams and riads, this artisanal method brings a tactile richness and timeless character to each piece.
With their sculptural, geometric forms inspired by Amazigh (Berber) motifs, these candle holders are as much decorative art objects as they are functional pieces. The cut-out details and smooth, organic curves reflect the balance of tradition and modern design, making them a versatile accent for interiors ranging from minimalist to bohemian.
Available in two sizes, they can be styled individually or as a complementary pair for added impact. Perfect for taper candles or displayed as standalone art objects.
