Shipping policy


UK Orders

  • All orders ship from the UK.

  • Items are sent securely using recycled/sustainable packaging.

  • Delivery times: 2–4 working days (Standard), 1–2 working days (Express).

EU Orders

  • We currently ship to many EU countries.

  • Please note: VAT and import duties are not included at checkout.

  • Your parcel may be subject to local VAT, import duties, and a handling fee, payable to your local courier before delivery.

  • Orders over €150 may attract higher import charges set by local customs.

  • Delivery times: 5–10 working days (Standard), 3–5 working days (Express).

International Orders (Rest of World)

  • We’re delighted to ship worldwide!

  • Import duties, taxes, and fees are not included in our prices or shipping costs. These are the customer’s responsibility.

  • Charges vary by country, so please check your local customs office for details.

  • Delivery times:

    • USA & Canada: 7–12 working days (Standard), 3–5 working days (Express).

    • Australia & New Zealand: 10–15 working days (Standard), 5–7 working days (Express).

    • Rest of World: 10–20 working days (Standard), 5–10 working days (Express).

Delivery Delays & Customs

  • Customs processing times may delay delivery. Unfortunately, these are outside our control.

  • If you refuse to pay import duties or taxes and the parcel is returned, we can refund the product cost once it arrives back with us, but shipping fees are non-refundable.
